In today’s fast-paced environment, achieving a restorative night's sleep can often seem elusive. The consequences of insufficient sleep can exacerbate stress and lead to a cycle of further sleep disruption.

To address this pervasive issue, the Hibino Sound Therapy Lab, under the direction of esteemed composer Norihiko Hibino, has collaborated with Mission One to create the "Prescription for Sleep" application, optimized for iPhone and iPod Touch users.

• Peaceful Sleep Via Music and Imagery
  The application aims to facilitate entry into the initial stage of sleep by using a combination of soothing visuals and therapeutic music. The compositions are recorded live on acoustic instruments at a tempo that mimics the rhythm of a mother’s heartbeat, creating a calming environment conducive to relaxation.
• High-Quality Sound with Therapeutic Frequencies
  Featuring inaudible frequencies in the 50-60 kHz range, the music replicates natural sounds akin to those found in serene environments, such as a gentle forest stream. These recordings, produced at 24-bit and 96 kHz with specialized mastering techniques, exceed the capabilities of standard audio sources in delivering rich sound quality.

  The arrangements employ beautiful, uncomplicated melodies that serve as an auditory backdrop, allowing listeners to focus on the healing effects provided by the music and visuals.
